the main disadvantages i always found out in existing websites for messaging & servicing are
*very bad page layout
*fake ads & news(copied characters)
*less characters in one msg
*too much ad content within the msg
(eg: if a customer msgs thro` the website stating "hi" to his friend it`ll reach as "hi" http://www.%22%22.com/ contact us for more guidance
*2much divergence in a single website with increase in quantity rather quality
*very bad backend team
*olden day technologies
*passion towards the work is very less
*attractive colors are needed
*many short term relationships without consideration for long term
*too much competitions
things we need to consider are to rectify all these mistakes present & tie up wid one of the fastest
servers 4 d welfare of all
